Title: HR Onboarding Specialist

Contract:- 3 Months days could go longer (maybe CTH)

Job Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85254

Schedule/Shift: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm – 8 hours in that shift, could have some OT as well (8am - 5pm preferred) Friday close at 2pm may need to work extra throughout the week to leave 2pm Friday.

Job Summary:

• This position will be responsible for I9/E-Verify entries.
• This position will be going into onboarded candidates and ensuring the E-Verify’s were done correctly, this will be checking on if the information was entered correctly, following up with their properties HR teams to check information via email/phone call.
• This will be mainly auditing, verifying that the E-Verify’s are correct.

Must have: Onboarding E verify, NEEDS TO SPANISH BILINGUAL, I9’s MUST HAVE,

Must Haves:

• 1 years of onboarding employee’s – Must have experience onboarding and approving and entering I9-E-verify.
• Would look for HR Assistants, controllers, anyone w/ HR or onboarding experience – companies like ADP, Paychex, etc. KG experience a big plus.
• Experience working with hiring managers or HR, will be communicating w/ different HR groups at there properties on I9/E-Verify entries.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
